Dermaceutic Mela Cream is a potent pigmentation treatment designed to address uneven skin tone, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation, including conditions like melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This cream combines nine active ingredients to inhibit melanin production and promote a more even complexion

Kojic Acid: A natural skin-brightening agent that inhibits melanin production, helping to lighten hyperpigmented areas.

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): Reduces the transfer of melanin to skin cells, brightens the skin, and diminishes redness.

Arbutin: A derivative of hydroquinone that lightens skin and reduces the appearance of dark spots.

Mandelic Acid: An AHA that exfoliates the skin, promoting cell turnover and improving skin texture.

Salicylic Acid: A BHA that penetrates pores to exfoliate and reduce acne-related pigmentation.

Retinol: Stimulates collagen production, enhances skin texture, and accelerates cell turnover.

Licorice Extract: Soothes the skin and has anti-inflammatory properties, contributing to a brighter complexion.

Phytic Acid: An antioxidant that helps to brighten the skin and reduce the appearance of pigmentation.

After cleansing with your favourite cleanser, apply a very small amount at night on the affected areas.

Start with one or two applications per week and increase slowly. On any sign of irritation reduce the frequency of use until skin acclimates.

You should discontinue use if you experience side effects such as red rash or bumps, itching, pain, blisters and dry, red patches of skin.

For the first 2/3 weeks of application, blemishes can be transitory darkened due to the cleansing action on the skin. Use it for 3 months to see best results.

Use sunscreen in the day time for optimal results.

Not suitable for sensitive skin. Not to be used during pregnancy.
